A few poorly thought-out details do, too \u2014 but in the wrong direction.<\/p>\n<h2>Why this topic really matters<\/h2>\n<p>How to analyze and improve the user journey is not just a communication topic. It is often a tipping point between an online presence that vaguely exists and a presence that actually helps to persuade, filter, and convert.
